Our key managers

Glenn Pickersgill is registered with the Care Quality Commission as the registered provider for Heritage Healthcare.

Glenn has gained a vast amount of experience having spent all his working life within the care sector. He set up his first care home in 1984, became Director of Supreme Care Homes Limited in 1987 and started the Homecare Company in 1994.

Glenn has operated residential care homes in Darlington, Barnard Castle and Richmond.  He has also provided a domiciliary care business servicing council contracts in Durham, Darlington and Loftus. 

Chris Reason is registered with the Care Quality Commission as the registered manager for Heritage Healthcare in Guisborough.

Chris has worked within the care industry for over 20 years and has completed a NVQ 4 Registered Managers Award.

Amanda Jackson is the General Manager at Heritage Healthcare.

Amanda worked as a Carer for five years, from 1992 to 1997. She then moved to work in Heritage Healthcare’s personnel and payroll departments where she achieved NVQ Level 4 in Personnel Management.

Michelle Fenwick is the registered care manager for Heritage Healthcare within Darlington.

Michelle has many years management experience within the care industry and has achieved her NVQ 4 Registered Managers Award.
